GraftKit is a web-based quotation generator operated by Catalyst Bridge Ltd (company number 16684771). The service allows tradespeople to generate PDF quotations using pre-built templates.
The free plan allows up to 5 quotations per calendar month. The Pro plan (£29/month) provides unlimited quotations. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled at any time.
Your business details are stored primarily on your device (browser localStorage). We store a hashed version of your email address and usage count on our server for quota tracking. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
Template prices are indicative UK averages and should be adjusted to reflect your actual costs. GraftKit provides a tool for generating quotations; the accuracy of pricing, descriptions, and totals is your responsibility. We accept no liability for quotes sent to your customers.
Quotations you generate are yours. The GraftKit brand, templates, and software remain the property of Catalyst Bridge Ltd.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Catalyst Bridge Ltd's total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
