GraftKit is a web-based quotation generator operated by Catalyst Bridge Ltd (company number 16684771). The service allows tradespeople to generate PDF quotations using pre-built templates.
There are two plans. Free allows 5 PDF documents per week, and the allowance resets every Monday. Pro (£30/month) is unlimited and adds quote history, quote-to-invoice conversion, the customer database, and your logo and brand colours on every PDF.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time.
We store the following on our server so the service works across your devices: your email address, a securely hashed password, and the business profile you enter (name, contact name, phone, address, trade, region, certifications, payment terms and methods, and on Pro your logo and brand colours). If you are on a paid plan we also store your quotes and invoices. Customer records you create, including their name, phone, address and email, are stored against your account.
Your Stripe customer and subscription reference are stored so we can manage your plan. We never see or store your card details; Stripe handles those. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it by emailing [email protected].
Template prices are indicative UK averages and should be adjusted to reflect your actual costs. GraftKit provides a tool for generating quotations; the accuracy of pricing, descriptions, and totals is your responsibility. We accept no liability for quotes sent to your customers.
Quotations you generate are yours. The GraftKit brand, templates, and software remain the property of Catalyst Bridge Ltd.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Catalyst Bridge Ltd's total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
